Abstract

The paper presents some scientific and practical aspects of numerical simulation module of the developed integrated system for mold design. Rheological, thermal and mechanical calculations module and numerical simulation of the injection molding module are convenient and suitable software tools for quality prediction. The quality results are important inlet parameters for final mold design procedure. Verification of mentioned module are presented on the pill bottle cover.
